Which
pneumatic corkscrew
models is compatible with the EasyWine system:
the system is compatible with pneumatic corkscrew 1, 2, and 8. On the new models 3, 5, 6, and 11, it was not tested, but we assume that the system will also work, since the same thread and the same cylinders are used. In the near future we will try to test the work on all pneumatic corkscrew models.
â € How the EasyWine system works:
instead of a disposable cartridge, a specially developed reusable EasyWine canister is wound on pneumatic corkscrew. The reusable canister is hollow inside and has a special valve for holding pressure and connecting the hose. At the end of the hose there is a special threaded tap, the tap is connected to the EasyWine canister and pressure is applied. There are two sensors on the pressure regulator, the right one shows the gas pressure in the canister, from it you can always determine the amount of gas in the canister and when it needs to be refilled, the left sensor shows the pressure that the regulator is set to; this is the pressure that is supplied to the EasyWine refillable canister . Charging takes 10-15 seconds. After shutting off the taps and disconnecting the hose, pressure remains in the EasyWine canister, this charge is enough for 10-15 glasses of wine. Your pneumatic corkscrew is now becoming rechargeable and you can recharge it every time you need it.
We use a 5 liter canister, it replaces 200  disposable argon cartridges. We recommend that all our customers use a canister of this volume. Such a canister has a compact size most comfortable to work with. It can be placed under the bar, in a warehouse or other technical room.
EasyWine System Security:
The EasyWine system has a carefully thought-out overload protection. The pressure regulator is equipped with a safety valve that will not allow pressure to be supplied to the hose and to the adapter above the norm - 4 MPa. If this pressure is exceeded, the valve is activated at a value of 5 MPa and reduces the pressure. The presence of a safety valve is guaranteed to protect the hose and the EasyWine adapter against overload. In Russia, we also use canisters with a safety valve that protects against overpressure in the canister, thereby making it safe. The presence of two safety valves makes the EasyWine system safer than single-use disposable cartridges. When you buy a canister, we recommend that you use the canister only with a safety valve. Such canisters are available worldwide.
The canister is situated in a specially designed stand, which makes it stable. It is also possible to provide a special stand for suspension of the canister on the wall. When ordering equipment, you need to indicate which stand you want to receive.
There are general safety rules when working with pressure vessels. The canister is filled with an inert, non-combustible, non-toxic argon gas. In the food industry, argon is classified as a food supplement E938. It is forbidden to throw or knock a gas canister. The canister must be protected from heat and direct sunlight. In the event of a safety valve triggered and gas leakage, the room must be well ventilated. After using the system, it is imperative to turn off the taps and store the container closed !!!
What is included in EasyWine equipment:
- a special pressure regulator. You will need to report the type of canister connection for your country.
- a protective plastic handle on the canister
- a reinforced hose with fittings, length 1.5 meters
- a three-way valve made of stainless steel
- 1 universal adapter EasyWine. If you use several
pneumatic corkscrew
in your work, then each of them will require a separate EasyWine adapter, they are ordered and paid separately.
- stand for the canister. You need to choose the type of stand for positioning the canister on the floor or for mounting on the wall.
Gas canister and pneumatic corkscrew are not included !!! Canisters are very difficult to ship to other countries. Each country has its own canister standards. The best option would be if you buy a cylinder in your country, it will have all the necessary documents for work and it will be easy to refuel it.

How to start using EasyWine equipment?
Order a set of equipment from us, we will send you everything you need to get started. You will also need to buy an argon cylinder from 5 to 10 liters in your country and find a company that will refuel the canister with gas. It can be either an aluminum or a steel cylinder, but its diameter should be no more than 145 mm (about 5.7 inches). For example aluminum cylinder look photo number 9
. Any of these canisters are ideal for use with EasyWine equipment. Cylinders with a diameter greater than 145 mm will not enter the stand. At the time of ordering, select from the list and tell us which type of connection of the regulator to the cylinder you will use in your country, look photo number 8.
