    Up for sale is a rare Brand New Hot Wheels Workshop Track Builder Digital Speedometer by Mattel from 2013. The box has tape on the sides and checked to see if it was opened, but the factory seals are still intact. There is also a price sticker upper left-hand side of the top of the box. Again, this is brand new, but the packaging shows signs of wear from storage and display, so please be advised that this is nowhere considered a *mint* condition.
