The LiveU HD series HD60 brings value to our users, setting the experience
of transmitting live from Anywhere at an exciting new level. With full HD up to 1080, converting Dead Cellular Zones
to Live Zones, and easy cost-effective integral roaming, the HD60 sets new standards for cellular-based uplink
resiliency and video quality.
The HD60 has built-in proprietary highly advanced RF technology for exceptionally resilient transmission. From
bustling urban environments to underground tunnels, high-rise office buildings and crowded public events, the LiveU
HD60 overcomes cellular noise and poor cellular coverage, taking “anywhere” to a whole new level. Simply put, the
LiveU HD60 extends cellular range and converts Dead Cellular Zones to Live Zones.
The HD60 supports from CIF and up to 1080i High Definition. The video is encoded using the high efficnecy H.264
high profile and then transmitted to the studio. The HD60 comes with either SDI or HDMI and analog (any) video
input interfaces together with the common DV IEEE 1394 Firewire. The LU1000 software on the studio site supports
multiple outputs simultaneously, with SDI or analog output.
The HD60 offers dual SIM cards per GSM modem as an option. This allows the user to switch between working with
a local SIM set in its own home country, to a roaming set when travelling. The roaming set may be the recommended
LiveU’s roaming offering or the user own roaming set.
The HD series works with Anton Bauer and IDX batteries. It supports either single or dual hot-swappable batteries as
an integral, cable-free, part of the backpack.
