This is a good switch for starting, horn, etc. where you need a momentary on by pushing. The fact it is weather sealed is a plus for outdoor equipment use. This switch was used on the IH 560D D282 Diesel to run the glow plugs. Also the 706 with the D282 engine. The switch is rated at 60 amps 12V. Lots of Amps on a heavy duty switch.
