Description
The fragrance and richness produced by domestic organic whole soybeans and "yeast with barrels".Using three domestic ingredients, rare organic whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt, it is carefully aged in a traditional wooden barrel brewing method that lasts for 1200 years. "Yeast with barrels" that lives in a dedicated wooden barrel brings out a mellow aroma and richness.

①Rare soybeans with only 0.032%.
Of Japan's soybean production, we use 100% of the rare domestic organic soybeans, which is only 0.032%.
There are two types of soy sauce, one using whole soybeans and one using defatted soybeans*. Barrel squeezed soy sauce uses whole soybeans to give a rich aroma and flavor.
